NJ Speed Group 's training programs focus on building an individuals athletic foundation and systematically equiping them with the skills to become the best they can be at their particular sport or activity.

  

We do not train superman! We train teenagers that need to be progressed properly through an injury-preventitive training program that has both their short-term and long-term futures in mind.  Our training protocol is generally based on a few factors including:

  • Systematic strength development
  • Movement teaching (linear, lateral and angular motion)
  • Specific application of movement
  • Technical elements of certain lifts
  • Dynamic flexibility development (especially through the hips)
  • Sprinting form and running technique
  • Start and stop acceleration and explosion.

Power, speed, quickness, agility and strength are all products of a sound conditioning program.

 

  
Our programs are developed by our team of Nationally Recognized Speed and Agility Trainers, Clinical and Sports Medicine Professionals and Athletic Trainers. 

All of our fitness programs begin by teaching functional warm-up and dynamic flexibility techniques to prepare the body for decrease the risk of injury.  Stregnth and movement drills are progressively introduced so that youths are learning correct biomechanical movements and having fun at the same time.

One of the unique aspects of our training is that we evaluate each individual's specific biomechanical strengths and weaknesses and correct them through specific stretches and/or exercises.  Identifying these issues will improve the child's success in sports and prevent injury and chronic pain down the road.
